The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing Time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours after the order is placed.
- Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 4 and 7 business days to arrive at their destination.
- We have two ways of shipping:
- Standard( 3 to 7 business days) Free shipping
- Express (1 to 2 business days) $3.99
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM (GMT-05:00 New York)

- Yes, International delivery usually takes about 5–14 business days.
Order Cancellation And Modification
Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request order modifications or cancellations. If changes are needed, please promptly contact our customer support at Contact@shopnightix.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request within this timeframe. After the 24-hour period, orders may have already been processed and shipped, making it impossible to make any modifications. so it cannot be canceled.
