Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and faulty products
In order for us to assess the situation and resolve it, please check your order upon receipt and get in touch with us straight away if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect. take a photo or video showing the issue. Once we process the evidence, we'll issue an immediate refund without needing you to return the item.

products no longer needed or expected: 

Please reach out to us to initiate the return process. We’ll issue a full refund once we receive the items in their original condition and packaging. After notifying us, you have 30 days to send the items back. Please be aware that return shipping costs are non-refundable in this situation.


Exchanges
Returning the item you have and making a fresh purchase for the desired item after the return it is the quickest way to be sure you get what you want.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the foregoing, you have the right, for any reason and without justification, to cancel or return your order within 14 days if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union. As mentioned above, the item must to be in its original packing, undamaged, and in the same state as when it was delivered to you. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required.


Refunds
As soon as we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know , you will instantly receive your money back using the original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may require some time from your bank or credit card company.
